Allweiler Invests in New Stator Production Site

Allweiler modernized its stator production facilities to make them more environmentally friendly and energy efficient. The plant was acquired from the New-York Hamburger Gummi-Waaren Compagnie in March 2005. Since then, Allweiler has been producing all stators for its progressing cavity pumps there.

Successful 2004 and a Good Start in 2005 for Allweiler

With sales virtually unchanged, Allweiler closed the year 2004 with a significantly higher level of incoming orders and an order backlog. During the first five months of 2005, the company bucked the general trend with incoming orders that were 10 percent higher than the previous year and 15 percent higher than projected.

New Chairman at Allweiler AG

The Executive Board positions at Allweiler AG were rearranged in mid-March 2005.Klaus Stahlmann is now the CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board and Frank Kirchner is the CFO and Member of the Executive Board. Campbell Walton is no longer a member of the company’s Executive Board.

Allweiler Produces its Own Stators

Since mid-March 2005, ALLWEILER AG has been producing all of the stators for its progressing cavity pumps at its own plant. Allweiler acquired this capability by taking over parts of the company New-York Hamburger Gummi-Waaren Compagnie AG.

A successful 2003 for Allweiler AG

Allweiler AG closed out the year 2003 with sales of 144 million euros. A slight sales increase is expected for 2004. The company’s 2003 profit of 15.6 million euros represents a 17.3 percent increase over the previous year.
