Allweiler AG now offers additional protection for the longevity of its pumps: “Allready Box”, a new electronic module that continuously monitors a pump’s operational state. In the event of operational deviations or disturbances, Allready immediately emits a warning.
At this year’s Achema, Allweiler AG will employ an informative multimedia exhibition concept to introduce a new generation of intelligent pumps (Hall 8, Booth R17/19). Specific smart technologies are designed to eliminate problems associated with leaks, overheated bearings, and defective seals, thereby resolving complex sets of challenges faced by Allweiler’s customers.
For many years progressing cavity pumps, peristaltic pumps, and macerators manufactured by Allweiler AG have fulfilled the requirements for use in potentially explosive gaseous atmospheres when used properly. But now – since end 2008 – they are also certified for use in dust-laden explosive atmospheres.
Allweiler AG is moving its stator production from Hamburg to Bottrop. By September, the Bottrop plant will produce all stators used in its progressing cavity pumps.
The Pump Skid business segment of Allweiler AG was chosen to deliver the entire lubrication-oil module for Finland’s Olkiluoto 3, the world’s largest power plant.
