The independent Top Employers Institute has certified Wilo SE as Top Employer Germany 2022. The internationally recognized certification reviews performance and progress in a multi-stage process, including the areas of work environment, employer branding, as well as training and development opportunities – and recognizes excellent employee orientation.

In order to further establish and expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) at Wilo, the long-established company and the TU Dortmund University have entered into a strategic partnership.

Within the framework of the develoPPP subsidy programme, Wilo and the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) are cooperating to promote and develop renewables in Uzbekistan. Wilo and Schneider Electric have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly develop sustainability and efficiency solutions for the water and buildings industries.
