Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) has finalized the sale of its Filtration business unit to London headquartered private equity firm, PX3 Partners (PX3). Celeros FT entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Filtration business in May and has reached this milestone with the sale effective October 2, 2023. Celeros FT is held by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo.

Findlay Township Municipal Authority (FTMA) needed a faster way to find leaks and reduce water loss across its service area in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. With the Sensus Analytics Acoustic Monitoring application from Xylem, the utility can now remotely detect leaks and fix them before they become a bigger problem.

Sulzer separation technology and flow equipment have been selected to enable biomethanol production at the new Veolia plant in Äänekoski, Finland. The separation technology will be integrated with ANDRITZ’s KraftanolTM biomethanol purification concept.
