Pune-based Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) announced that it has showcased a series of new generation energy-efficient pumps for the benefit of farmers.

This means that the system provider for positive displacement pumps is now establishing itself as a specialist for pumping complex and difficult media.

Armstrong Fluid Technology has introduced a new size range of Design Envelope Permanent Magnet pumps that are engineered to deliver 20 percent lower operating costs than variable speed pumps with standard induction motors.

With the Ecosmart diaphragm metering pump, the German LEWA GmbH has provided a safe model that can handle flow rates of up to 300 l/h for many years. For use in applications with higher flow rates, LEWA is now expanding its product range with two new sizes: The Ecosmart will also be available in the more powerful LCC and LCD variants In the future.

Caprari is further expanding their own product range, launching the new E6KX: the first 6” stainless steel borehole pumps in the EASYWELL family. This new series is particularly versatile, ideal for the world of professional agriculture, the water sector, and domestic and industrial applications alike.
