Wastewater treatment specialist WPL has made a rapid transition to the new health and safety standard set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety standard was introduced in April 2018 and organisations are advised to transfer by March 2021 if they wish to retain a recognised certification.

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) is now offering a unique way of matching Bredel hose material to the actual fluid being pumped, an activity that, if completed correctly, is proven to reduce costs. WMFTG has made available five new hose material immersion sample packs for Bredel and Apex pump users.

Ebara Corporation held the completion ceremony for the newly built Components Development and Innovation Center, to play an integral role in the advanced development and testing of next generation dry vacuum pumps and gas abatement systems, which are the core products of Ebara’s Precision Machinery Business. The facility is scheduled to start full operation from October 1, 2019.
