Publication of BWT Documents for Merger with BWT Holding AG and Delisting

As announced on 28 May 2015, the Management Board of BWT Aktiengesellschaft (BWT Group), which is listed on the official trading of the Vienna Stock Exchange, intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 25 August 2015 the merger of BWT Aktiengesellschaft with an unlisted company (BWT Holding AG) by way of absorption. The Supervisory Board has approved the planned merger.

Kelly McAndrew Joins Xylem as Vice President of Global Public Affairs

Xylem announced the appointment of Kelly McAndrew as Vice President of Global Public Affairs, effective immediately. She will report to Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer Angela Buonocore and will oversee global external communications efforts in support of the company s corporate strategy, financial performance and key corporate issues. She is based at the company’s global headquarters in Rye Brook, New York.

NOV Announces Plan to Pursue Spin-Off of Distribution Business into Separate Publicly Traded Company

National Oilwell Varco announced that its Board of Directors has authorized Company management to move forward with exploration of a plan to spin-off NOV’s distribution business from the remainder of the Company, creating two stand-alone, publicly traded corporations. The Company believes that the separation of the distribution business can be accomplished via a tax-efficient spin-off to NOV shareholders.
