AxFlow Holding AB, has acquired Brown Brothers/Kelair, the market-leading distributor of positive displacement and centrifugal pumps in Australia and New Zealand. The Group operates through 15 locations across Australia and New Zealand.

The move aims to strengthen AxFlow Italy’s service offering and position it for further growth.

AxFlow Germany is strengthening its service offering with the acquisition of Pumpen Karrer, a family-owned company specialised in industrial equipment repair and maintenance, especially pumps.

AxFlow France has taken a strategic step to greatly strengthen its service capacity with the acquisition of RDC Productions, a 43-person company operating in its own, modern facility west of Paris. The acquisition is in line with AxFlow’s strategy of growing by adding value-added service as a differentiator from its competition.

AxFlow has entered the market in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania by acquiring Bahr Pump OU (Estonia), Pumptechnique SIA (Latvia) and Flow Technologies UAB (Lithuania).

AxFlow has introduced Pulsafeeder’s new Eclipse Series of Metallic Gear Pumps. With 12 different metallic and non-metallic pump models, the Eclipse family of gear pumps addresses a wide variety of chemicals, connection sizes and flow ranges for water treatment and chemical processing applications.

Specialist in positive displacement pumps, fluid handling systems and related services, AxFlow, extends its product portfolio and Swedish market coverage with the acquisition of Esspump AB.

AxFlow Holding, based in Stockholm Sweden, has acquired the majority share in AQS Liquid Transfer, an importer and distributor of pumps in South Africa. The growth initiative is in line with AxFlow’s strategy to expand its business outside Europe.

The Port of Tilbury is London’s major and greenest port and at each high tide the water level inside the impounding dock is raised to meet shipping and operational requirements. This is performed by four 57.5” vertical A/F Vickers Armstrong pumps installed in the late 1960’s and over the years they have served the dock extremely well.

AxFlow has added Blackmer’s new XLW4A wear-resistant sliding vane pump to the Blackmer range of pumps for which it has exclusive distribution throughout the UK. The XLW4A is a 4” ported pump that has been field tested for almost two years handling an abrasive detergent/soap and has performed flawlessly.
