Atlas Copco has acquired Bireme Group, a Singapore-based company specialized in the treatment of compressed air and gas.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire the assets of Shandong Jinggong Pump Co., Ltd. The company develops and manufactures liquid ring vacuum pumps and systems, mainly used in the chemical and other general industries.

DESMI announced it has signed a definitive agreement to sell a majority share to One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Atlas Copco has acquired Tekser Endüstriyel Cihazlar Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Tekser is a distributor of Leybold vacuum equipment, as well as vacuum service, in Turkey.

The Gorman-Rupp Company announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Fill-Rite and Sotera, a division of the Tuthill Corporation, for $525 million.
