Atlas Copco has Acquired a Canadian Distributor of Compressor Solutions

Atlas Copco has acquired Entreprises Larry Inc., a distributor of air compressor solutions based in Montreal, Québec. The company has a strong presence in the Québec province in Canada, and mainly serves customers in the general industry.

Entreprises Larry is a privately owned company, mainly focusing on sales and service of air compressor solutions. The company has 65 employees and was founded in 1963.
“The Québec province is the second largest economic area in Canada,” said Vagner Rego, Business Area President Compressor Technique. “This acquisition will strengthen our presence and further increase our support and sales to customers in this region.”
The purchase price is not disclosed. The acquired business will become part of the Service Division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
