The ecocirc XL range, manufactured by Lowara, a Xylem brand, has been designed specifically for heating applications, cooling systems, solar systems and ground source heat pumps. The ecocirc XL bronze range is specifically designed for application on hot water systems.

WRAS approval is gained directly from representatives of the water suppliers, and therefore is accepted by every water supplier in the UK. Products such as showers, valves and boilers undergo mechanical and water quality testing. This type of approval demonstrates full compliance with requirements of the regulations and byelaws, providing the fitting is installed according to any conditions given with the approval.

The Lowara ecocirc XL range utilises a unique spherical motor design and has all the features of the existing Lowara ecocirc series, including Lowara’s unique Anti-Block Technology, but boasts the ability to meet any heating and cooling requirements.

Each circulator comes with a variety of control options as standard; constant pressure, proportional pressure or constant curve. The ‘automatic night setback’ function ensures that the circulator will only increase its performance levels when there is a demand enabling a reduction in energy consumption and costly utility bills. All settings can be done by an easy-to use display with intuitive interface design.

Chris Conquest, General Manager – Specification and Project Sales for Xylem Water Solutions UK, said: “At Xylem we are committed to manufacturing products that comply fully with all applicable standards, be they related to energy usage or water quality and safety. This commitment is demonstrated by the inclusion of ecocirc XL bronze in the WRAS certification scheme as well as the many other products that we have gained WRAS certification for, including our market leading range of Lowara booster sets.”
