This compact pneumatic diaphragm valve was specially developed for installations in very tight spaces. The efficient piston actuator activates medium pressures of up to 6 bar while using the lowest possible control air volume.

The MV 309 has a sturdy valve body with market standard installation length and is available in all popular material combinations. The actuator was designed such that, unlike other 6-bar systems, it has sufficient energy reserves to actuate PTFE-coated diaphragms.

The proportion of metallic components was reduced to a minimum for this valve. However, the conventional bolt connection between the valve body and the actuator was intentionally retained, as it makes possible diaphragm replacement significantly easier to carry out. Namur-compliant air connections with integrated stainless steel bushes and excellent value for money top off the profile of the MV 309.

Nominal Diameters: DN 15 – DN 32

  • Advantages at a glance:

  • Compact design

  • Medium pressure of up to 6 bar, even when using PTFE diaphragms

  • Low control air volume

  • Market standard installation length

  • Namur-compliant air connections

  • Ideal for implementing circuits in very tight spaces
