With four months to go before the beginning of the trade fair it is clear that IFAT Africa is proving to be relevant to many exhibitors. Close to 100 companies have already registered for the environmental technology trade fair in South Africa in 2017. IFAT Africa will be held at the Johannesburg Expo Centre from September 12 to 14, 2017
Between September 26 and 28, 2017, IFAT India is again bringing together all the market partners from the Indian environmental sector in the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
IFAT Eurasia 2017, which took place between February 16 and 18, again demonstrated the continuing importance of Turkey as a hub for the environmental sector in the Eurasian region.
After two years of building work, the number of exhibition halls available at Messe München will rise to eighteen, providing a total of 200,000 square meters of exhibition space. The two newly built halls—C5 and C6—will be used by exhibitors for the first time at the next IFAT, which takes place between May 14 to 18, 2018. The total area covered by IFAT 2018, including the outdoor exhibition site, will thus expand to 260,000 square meters.
From September 12 to 14, 2017, local and international representatives from the environmental sector will meet at the Johannesburg Expo Centre for the second edition of IFAT Africa.
IFAT Eurasia, the International Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse and Recycling, will be opening its doors for the Eurasian environment industry on February 16, 2017.
The next IFAT Eurasia will be held at the Istanbul Expo Center (IFM) from February 16 to 18, 2017. Alongside the trade fair, visitors can look forward to a technically demanding conference and supporting program that caters to the needs of the Eurasian environment market. Among the highlights are the Turkey country special on the first day of the trade fair. Discussions will include how the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) can be implemented in Turkey.
In February 2017, the international trade fair IFAT Eurasia will make the Turkish commercial capital Istanbul the hot spot of the Eurasian environmental technology industry.
Boasting 23 percent more exhibition space, the fourth—and so far largest—IFAT India has now closed its doors. Between September 28 and 30, 2016, more than 5,000 trade visitors (which is 23 percent more than last year) came to the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai to see the latest products and services for water, sewage, refuse and recycling. One of the key themes at this year’s event was the acute water crisis on the subcontinent.
The current number of registrations for this year s IFAT India, India’s leading trade fair for environmental technologies, is exceeding expectations: Around 150 exhibitors have confirmed their participation in the upcoming event (September 28 to 30 in Mumbai).
