The Verder Group, a Dutch family-owned business specializing in the manufacture and distribution of pumps and laboratory equipment, acquires the South-Korean pump manufacturer JEC Ltd.

Verder has been elected by Management Team as the number 1 in the Dutch top-100 manufacturing industry. The first edition of the top-100 was published in 2013. At that time Verder ranked at number 3. In the years that followed, Verder was always in the top 4.

A leading international wastewater instrumentation manufacturer is now using peristaltic pumps from Verderflex as part of the wastewater sampler systems it manufactures. A leading paper and packaging manufacturer in Australia was using Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps to deliver 4-colour ink to its printers. The on-site Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps were using considerable amounts of compressed air and required constant maintenance due to the wearable parts (seals and valves).

Verder International BV has acquired Ponndorf Gerätetechnik GmbH (Kassel, Germany), manufacturer of peristaltic pumps for industrial applications.

The new Verderflex Vantage 5000 cased tube pump is designed to offer superior levels of dosing accuracy, at high discharge pressures exceeding 7 bar (100 psi).

At the end of its’ life, a car yields on average, 140 kilos of shredder waste: 26 kg of metals, 69 kg of plastics, 11 kg of minerals and 24 kg of fibres. In Tiel, Netherlands, a Post Shredder Treatment plant (PST) was built in 2011, for the recycling of cars.
