NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH bids farewell to Mr. Felix Kleinert after 24 years on June 30. The position of CEO will be filled by Andreas Denker. Mr. Andreas Denker will become a further CEO of NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH in Waldkraiburg on April 1, 2023.

German drive specialist Flender today announced that Christian Terlinde will take over the company’s Group CFO position starting July 1. Terlinde is currently Group CFO at German commercial vehicle supplier Jost Werke SE.

ANDRITZ GROUP announces changes in its Executive Board, with two long-serving members retiring after their successful careers with the company. Wolfgang Semper has been a member of the Executive Board since 2011, with responsibility for the Hydro business area, Group Automation & Digitalization, and the Corporate Security function.

Atlas Copco’s Nomination Committee proposes Jumana Al-Sibai as new member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB from April 27.

Anders Frimodt-Møller the CEO of IRON Pump celebrated his 25th anniversary. Anders joined IRON Pump in 1998 as Head of Technology and Development and has since held the titles of Production Manager and Technical Director, before taking over the company’s full management responsibility as CEO of IRON Pump in 2004.

A US technology company providing advanced engineering solutions for the optimization of water and wastewater treatment in utility and industrial applications has announced the appointment of William (Bill) Decker as vice president of water and wastewater treatment technologies.

Daniel Bösiger, Head Investor Relations/Chief Risk Officer has decided to go into an early retirement end of November 2023. Nadine Gruber will take over the position as of November 2023.

Xylem announced that Earl Ellis has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Ellis currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ABM Industries Incorporated, a facility services company with approximately $8 billion in annual revenue. In addition to his role at ABM, Ellis brings 25 years of experience from across the finance function in large, publicly traded companies.

Changes will take place at the top of the Endress+Hauser Group at the beginning of 2024. As previously announced, Dr Klaus Endress will give up his responsibilities as president of the Supervisory Board. He is to be succeeded by CEO Matthias Altendorf. The new CEO of the Group will be Dr Peter Selders, the present head of the center of competence for level and pressure measurement technology.
