Franklin Electric Co. Inc. announced third quarter financial results for fiscal year 2022.

Pentair plc announced third quarter 2022 sales of $1.06 billion. Sales were up 9 percent compared to sales for the same period last year. Excluding currency translation, acquisitions and divestitures, core sales grew 4 percent in the third quarter.

CEO Frédéric Lalanne stated: “We continue to grow profitably and are well on track to reach or exceed our financial targets for the full year. We still see a solid level of activities with our customers, confirming the good momentum in most of our segments. We also managed to maintain our cost and pricing discipline despite macroeconomic and geopolitical pressures.”

Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG achieved record preliminary sales results for the first nine months of 2022 ending September 30, 2022, and new all-time-high order intake and order backlog levels.

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. announced results for the second quarter of 2022.

CEO Frederic Lalanne stated: “We navigated through a difficult market environment characterized by geopolitical uncertainties and inflationary pressures.

GEA’s positive performance at the beginning of the year continued in the second quarter, with further improvement in its key financial indicators. Order intake rose by 8.5 percent to EUR 1.40 billion.

Pump company market strategy is governed by two axioms which are on the one hand “the greater the pump company market niche leadership the higher the EBITA %” and on the other hand “Acquisitions are a quick way to achieve market niche leadership”.

Xylem Inc. reported second quarter revenue of $1.4 billion, surpassing previous guidance in each business segment. Strong continued global demand drove orders and backlog growth across the portfolio.
