The Hydraulic Institute named Paul Ruzicka, Global COE Residential, Commercial Waste Water and Chief Engineer, Xylem Inc. – Applied Water Systems as its 2015 Member of the Year. Xylem announced that Mark Rajkowski has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 28, 2016. Reporting to Xylem President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Decker, Rajkowski will lead the Company’s global finance organization.

AxFlow Holding, based in Stockholm Sweden, has acquired the majority share in AQS Liquid Transfer, an importer and distributor of pumps in South Africa. The growth initiative is in line with AxFlow’s strategy to expand its business outside Europe.

Dr. Stephan Petri will resign from GEA s Executive Board. By mutual consent with the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board, the Labor Relations Director has agreed to leave the company with effect from June 30, 2016, to pursue new challenges outside of GEA.
