Atlas Copco Group has completed the acquisition of Sykes Group Pty Ltd (Sykes) from Seven Group Holdings Ltd (SGH), a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Franklin Electric Co., Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Franklin Water Treatment, LLC, has acquired the assets of Action Manufacturing & Supply, Inc., a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of residential water conditioning, filtration, and indoor/outdoor aeration systems since 1980 with operations in Florida and North Carolina.

Siemens has announced the acquisition of BuntPlanet, a technology company based in San Sebastian, Spain. BuntPlanet’s award winning software has been deployed around the world to support customers with smart metering solutions, water quality, asset management, and integration of hydraulic models and artificial intelligence for detecting leaks and other anomalies in water networks.

Atlas Copco Group has agreed to acquire KRACHT GmbH (Kracht), a manufacturer of high-quality technologies including external gear pumps, fluid measurement, valves, hydraulic drives, and dosing systems.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Presys Co., Ltd. The company provides vacuum valves for the semiconductor market.

Busch Vacuum Solutions announces the successful acquisition of centrotherm clean solutions. Together with Pfeiffer Vacuum, which has been part of the Busch Group for some time, the companies want to continue to grow in the area of sustainable gas abatement systems for the semiconductor market.

Watts Water Technologies, Inc., announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Bradley Corporation (“Bradley”) for $303 million, subject to customary adjustments.

Atlas Copco Group has acquired ACJ, s.r.o., a compressor distributor in Samorin, near Bratislava in western Slovakia.

Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) has finalized the sale of its Filtration business unit to London headquartered private equity firm, PX3 Partners (PX3). Celeros FT entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Filtration business in May and has reached this milestone with the sale effective October 2, 2023. Celeros FT is held by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo.

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bradley Corporation (“Bradley”) for $303 million, subject to customary adjustments. The net transaction value is approximately $268 million after adjusting for the estimated net present value of expected tax benefits of approximately $35 million. The transaction will be funded through cash on hand and the remainder from Watts’ existing revolving credit facility. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.
