Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of National Pump & Energy. The business provides dewatering, environmental services and water treatment solutions in Australia and New Zealand. The company has 420 employees and in 2022 had revenues of approximately 205 MAUD. The company provides specialty environmental services and water treatment solutions for large and complex dewatering and sewage bypass projects.

Xylem has completed its acquisition of Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. The combination creates the most advanced platform of capabilities to address customers’ and communities’ critical water challenges. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the combined company becomes the largest pure-play water technology company, with $7.3 billion in pro forma revenue and more than 22,000 employees globally.

Atlas Copco has acquired Maziak Compressor Services Ltd., a UK distributor of air compressors, nitrogen generators and process cooling equipment as well as related services and support.

Celeros Flow Technology announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Filtration business unit to London headquartered private equity firm, Px3 Partners. Celeros FT is held by funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, Inc.
