Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of HHV Pumps Pvt. Ltd. The company designs and manufactures vacuum pumps and systems for applications used in a wide range of industries.

Franklin Electric Co., Inc. announced that on December 31, 2021 its wholly owned subsidiary Headwater Companies, LLC acquired Blake Group Holdings, Inc., a Connecticut corporation, for $27.1 million in cash. Blake is a professional groundwater distributor operating fourteen locations throughout the northeast United States. Blake has approximately $74 million of consolidated annual sales.

AxFlow Holding AB has acquired majority ownership of Finnish distributor of valves and actuators Starline Valves Oy.

Neles’ acquisition of the valve and pump businesses of the Finland-based technology company Flowrox has been successfully completed. With this acquisition, Neles expands its offering and exposure to the mining and metals industry.

In the future, Voith Group will be the sole owner of the Voith Hydro Group Division, which previously was operated as a joint venture with Siemens Energy. The technology group and the long-term partner Siemens Energy came to a mutual agreement on a buy-out of the remaining 35 percent stake in the former Voith Siemens Hydro Power Generation GmbH & Co. KG.

Pentair plc announced that it completed the previously announced transaction to acquire Pleatco for approximately $255 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. Pleatco manufactures water filtration and clean air technologies for pool, spa and industrial air customers.

Atlas Copco has acquired Eugen Theis GmbH. The company is a distributor of vacuum equipment and service solutions that serves the German market.

As part of an asset deal, WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, has acquired the operating business of QuantumFlo, Inc, a specialist in pressure boosting systems and intelligent pump systems. The company, based in Sanford, Florida/USA, offers high-quality products and innovative, user-friendly software solutions for the design and control of pressure boosting systems.
