Seepex Introducing Smart Air Injection System

The South African subsidiary NETZSCH Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd. has opened a new assembly center for pumps in Durban. In the presence of all employees of the subsidiary and the Global Pump Management Team, a festive opening ceremony was held in mid-November.

NETZSCH presents its NEMO Progressing Cavity Pump with the new “xLC-select” stator adjustment system . The world’s first autonomous system automatically readjusts the pump and thus saves up to 30 % of energy costs.

Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH, a German manufacturer of progressive cavity pumps used for transferring fluids mainly in the biogas and wastewater sectors. The company also manufactures twin-screw pumps used in sectors like food and beverage and cosmetics.
