INDOWATER 2009 – The 5th Indonesian No. 1 Water Event

The European Commission has adopted the Circular Economy Action Plan (CEAP) which was initially introduced in March 2020. It is one of the main building blocks of the European Green Deal, Europe’s agenda for sustainable growth.

On March 29th and 30th, 2023, Messe Dortmund will again be all about pouring, pumping and recycling. After their debut as a trio, the trade fairs Solids, Recycling-Technik and Pumps & Valves will again point the way to a more sustainable future next spring.

The “Innovation in Vacuum Busch Award 2020” has been presented to the Norwegian company Quantafuel ASA. By employing Busch’s DOLPHIN liquid ring vacuum pumps, Quantafuel has developed technology that is contributing to solving the global waste problem by upgrading plastic waste into valuable products.

Due to the consistent recycling of production materials, HOMA Pumpenfabrik has been awarded the “Resources SAVED” certificate for the fifth time in a row.

Recently, two ABEL HMD pumps were commissioned at a customer in Normandy specializing in recycling and soil reclamation. The pumps serve as a filter press feed pumps at a maximum flow rate of 80 m³/h – 12 bar.

Sulzer announces the appointment of Armand Sohet as Chief Sustainability Officer. In this role, Armand will lead the development and delivery of the Group’s sustainability strategy on behalf of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors’ Strategy & Sustainability Committee.
