Ebara Vietnam Obtains NSF Certification Accreditation for Water Supply Market Pumps

EBARA Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announce that they have reached an agreement on November 12, 2025, for the transfer of the following assets from Mitsubishi Electric to EBARA.

EBARA Corporation (hereinafter: EBARA) has signed an equity transfer agreement, effective October 31, 2025, with the equity holders of GEMINI GERMEK HIDROMECÂNICA LTDA. (hereinafter: Germek), a company engaged in the design, manufacturing, sales, and service of pump units for the fire fighting and agriculture sectors, mainly in Brazil. The agreement was concluded through EBARA’s Brazilian subsidiary, EBARA Bombas América do Sul Ltda. EBARA plans to acquire 100% of Germek’s equity interest around the end of January 2026, subject to the necessary procedures under relevant laws and regulations.

EBARA Corporationhas been selected as the contracting party and signed a prototype pump contract for the “FY2025 Stardust Program R&D of High-Efficiency Heat Dissipation System for Digital Signal Processing – Prototype of Performance Verification Pump for Two-Phase Flow Heat Dissipation System (Part A) (hereinafter: this matter),” which was announced by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (hereinafter: JAXA) through a competitive bidding process.

Dr. Mattia Bartoli of the Italian Institute of Technology & Politecnico di Torino was presented with the IUVSTA EBARA Award (hereinafter, “the Award”) at the 23rd International Vacuum Congress (hereinafter, IVC-23), which was held in September by the International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications (hereinafter, IUVSTA), an organization sponsored by EBARA Corporation (hereinafter, “EBARA”).

EBARA CORPORATION has launched the new model DKE anti-clog submersible wastewater pump (hereafter “the Pump”) for global markets outside Japan (50 Hz power supply regions), with sales starting in August 2025. The Pump features an anti-clog design that prevents foreign matter from blocking the impeller and helps realize high operating efficiency. Following initial release in the United States in 2023, the sales are now being expanded to Europe, China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions.

EBARA Corporation has completed operational testing of its electric turbo pump for rocket engines, developed since 2022, using actual rocket propellants: liquefied natural gas (LNG), which contains a high proportion of liquid methane (LCH4), and liquid oxygen (LOX) (hereinafter: actual propellants). The testing confirmed the product operates stably.
