Ebara Opens New Service Center in Indonesia

EBARA Corporation is pleased to announce that it will hold the largest international conference on vacuum and surfaces to be held in Sydney, Australia in September 2025. The 23rd International Vacuum Congress (hereinafter referred to as”IVC-23″) will be held at the IUVSTA EBARA Award.

EBARA Corporation has received certification from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)1 that the EBARA Group’s greenhouse gas emission reduction targets for 2030 are science-based short-term targets consistent with the goals set forth in the Paris Agreement 2.

Though rarely the subject of flashy headlines, slurry pumps are the workhorses of many heavy-duty industries, transporting mixtures of liquid and solid particles that most other pumps simply can’t handle.

Ebara Vietnam Pump Company Limited (EVPC), a group company of Ebara Corporation, has received accreditation from the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), an organization that is recognized internationally for its safety standards in public health.

Sulzer has opened a new Service Center in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, the first-of-its-kind in Kuwait to provide around-the-clock engineering services for all brands of pumps and rotating equipment. The newly opened Service Center supports over 1,500 Sulzer pumps already installed in local plants across Kuwait, while further servicing pumps from other brands. This is the first time an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) offers such comprehensive services in the region.

EBARA CORPORATION has acquired 80% of the shares of Asanvil S.A. (Asanvil), a Uruguayan pump sales company, on October 31, 2024, through its Brazilian subsidiary EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA (EBAS), and made Asanvil a subsidiary of EBAS.
