EBARA Announces Merger of Group Companies in Thailand

EBARA CORPORATION has acquired 80% of the shares of Asanvil S.A. (Asanvil), a Uruguayan pump sales company, on October 31, 2024, through its Brazilian subsidiary EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA (EBAS), and made Asanvil a subsidiary of EBAS.

EBARA invited Rick Siger, Secretary of the Pennsylvania, USA Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED), and four others to visit and exchange opinions at its Haneda, Japan headquarters on October 10, 2024.

The Energy Company of EBARA CORPORATION will open a new service shop for Energy Company products in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in the fourth quarter of FY2025.
