The DIN 24255 CCC is horizontal single-stage end suction pump is suitable for a wide range of non-hazardous industrial applications. Available in 42 sizes, the CCC can satisfy duties up to 40 bar and temperatures from -20ºC to + 130ºC and can be ordered with a choice of casings including cast iron 316 stainless steel, bronze, cast steel, Hastelloy and Duplex alloys. Single and double mechanicals seals can be fitted as standard.

“The AxFlow CCC is ideally suited to applications where non-hazardous clean materials are handled,” reports AxFlow UK managing director Tony Peters. “It features a back pull-out design so when it comes to planned maintenance there is no need to remove the suction and discharge pipe-work. Users will also be attracted to its high operating efficiency which is provided by fully shrouded closed impellers with double curvature vanes.”

The AxFlow ISO-Process Pump is a heavy duty horizontal end-suction centrifugal pump built to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards for arduous applications in the chemical processing industries where temperatures range between -20ºC and 140ºC. Available in 29 sizes and a range of materials that includes cast iron and stainless steel as standard, pressures of up to 40 bar and flow rates of 250l/sec can be accommodated. Operating efficiency and a stable performance at high speeds is provided by the single stage impeller, and all pump sets can be constructed to meet ATEX certifications.

“The AxFlow ISO-Process Pump can be supplied ex-stock on standard sizes,” reports Tony Peters, “and we see this capability meeting the requirements of our many customers in the chemical processing industry. Significantly, this new pump is fully interchangeable with all pumps built to the ISO 2858 Standard and shaft, bearing and seal arrangements (single, double and cartridge) are designed to ISO5199.”

By bringing these new pumps into its product range, AxFlow UK Limited believes that it has the most comprehensive range of centrifugal pumps for all standard industrial and specialised applications in the chemical, petro-chemical and hygienic sectors.
