Statkraft Energi AS has selected international technology group ANDRITZ to refurbish key components of the Svartisen hydropower plant in Norway. This renewable energy project, with an order value in the lower double-digit million-euro range, is included in ANDRITZ’s order intake for the third quarter of 2025.

The Management team of the KSB Group will continue to manage the company together until the end of 2027. The Administrative Board of KSB Management SE has extended the contract of Dr Stephan Timmermann (64) as per his request until 31 December 2027. Ralf Kannefass and Dr Matthias Schmitz have also agreed to extend their term of office by a further three years.

Europump, the European Pump Manufacturers Association, is pleased to announce that its 2026 Annual Meeting and General Assembly will be held in Frankfurt, Germany, from 27–29 May 2026. A zoo specialising in crocodile conservation has selected an enhanced effluent treatment solution from wastewater technology specialist WCS Environmental Engineering (WCSEE). A planned site expansion, along with drainage challenges, prompted the zoo to install a bespoke, off-mains wastewater treatment plant at its site in Oxfordshire.
