The successor to the Wilo-Stratos – the new Wilo-Stratos Maxo for HVAC and drinking water applications in large buildings – sets new energy efficiency standards. Extensive studies and customer interviews at an early stage enabled the manufacturer to develop a pump which is tailor-made to customer requirements.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions are custom-made products that are able to respond to the very specific requirements and needs of the target market. With the launch of its new circulator Wilo-Para, the German-based manufacturer offers OEM customers a new generation of pumps from the proven Wilo-Yonos Para product family.

The latest addition to the industrial dry pump portfolio is the Dryvac DV 200 and DV 300. These pump sizes complement the already existing product range of Dryvac 450, 650 and 1200 and offer the same user benefits for applications requiring smaller sizes.This series of dry compressing screw-type vacuum pumps is engineered for the new era of smart manufacturing.

The RedUnit is a combination of grinders and pumps which is used for the defined shredding of meat waste and remains. Large quantities of difficult and demanding substances such as meat, bones, skin and offal are easily shredded by the RedUnit. The system is particularly compact and is adapted to the customer s individual requirements due to its modular design.

The technology group Wärtsilä announces that its LJX series of modular waterjets has been upgraded to deliver even greater efficiency with low levels of cavitation and underwater noise. Following this upgrading, the company’s modular waterjets will be redesignated as the Wärtsilä WXJ series.

Mehrer Compression is presenting its latest product innovation – the new high-pressure compressor TRx 400. With this air-cooled piston compressor the company based in Germany offers an ideal solution for applications that require high final pressures of up to 200 bar combined with high suction pressures of up to 35 bar.

Busch presents the new R 5 Plus, a vacuum pump for food packaging. It can run with pressure control or at a constant speed, making it exceptionally energy-efficient. Acting either as the sole vacuum pump in a packaging machine or as a vacuum module in a central vacuum supply, the new pump makes sure a specified pumping speed is maintained.

Pfeiffer Vacuum is presenting extremely highcompression models with its new HiPace 700 H turbopumps. With a compression ratio of ≥2·10⁷ for hydrogen, they are suitable for generating high and ultra high vacuum. Due to the high compression ratio, a low residual gas spectrum, which is desirable for certain mass spectrometry applications, is created in the chamber.

Auma offers a new sensor system for signalling valve end positions which can be mounted to the company’s GS .3 part-turn gearboxes. The new solution allows plant operators to monitor the position of manually operated valves, and hence to collect crucial valve position information from all the valves in their plants – not just from motor-operated valves, which mostly use the integral limit switching functionalities of the actuators.
