Colfax Corporation announced that Darryl Mayhorn has been named Senior Vice President of Colfax and President and CEO Colfax Fluid Handling effective July 21, 2014, reporting to Steve Simms, President and CEO of Colfax. As President and CEO of Colfax Fluid Handling, Darryl will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and daily management of the business.

With effect from 1 October 2014, Carsten Krumm will assume responsibility for the growing regions of Asia, Africa, the Middle and Near East as well as Russia and Turkey in his new role as Executive Board member at Wilo SE. This decision was made by the Supervisory Board of the Dortmund-based pump expert.
