The Supervisory Board of GEA Group and Niels Erik Olsen (52), member of GEA’s Executive Board responsible for the Business Area Solutions, have agreed on an early termination of his service agreement, which is due to expire on December 31, 2021. Olsen steps down from his mandate with immediate effect. The CEO, Stefan Klebert, is taking over and will run the Business Area Solutions in addition to his other responsibilities.

David Guidez (44) has been a member of the management board of Vogelsang since 25 February 2019. Together with Hugo and Harald Vogelsang, he manages the business of the company and is responsible in particular for the areas of production, quality management, order processing and service.

Franklin Electric welcomes Ryan Johnson as the new Vice President, Sales-US/Canada for the North America Water Systems (NAWS) Business Unit. Ryan will manage all aspects of sales activities for the US and Canada markets, placing a strong focus on helping Franklin Electric achieve its vision of becoming an indispensable partner to its customers.

Stefan Klebert (53) became chairman of the Executive Board of the GEA Group, a body that he joined on November 15, 2018. His predecessor, Jürg Oleas (61), has left the company, as planned, after spending more than 14 years as head of the Group.

The GF Board of Directors nominated Mads Joergensen as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Committee of GF, effective 18 April 2019. He will succeed Andreas Müller who has been appointed as new CEO of the Corporation.

The Supervisory Board of GEA Group has appointed Marcus A. Ketter (50) to the company’s Executive Board with effect from May 20, 2019. He is set to succeed the long-standing Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Helmut Schmale (62), who will leave the company as of May 17, 2019.
