Power management company Eaton announced that Silvio Napoli has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors effective July 26, 2019.

The Board of ABB has unanimously appointed Björn Rosengren, as Chief Executive Officer. He will join ABB on February 1, 2020 and succeed CEO, Peter Voser, in this role on March 1, 2020. At that time Peter Voser will revert to his position at ABB solely as Chairman of the Board.

Stephan W Kirsch has been appointed President, Mining Equipment business area and a member of Metso’s Executive Team from August 1, 2019, onwards.

Nina Kopola will resign from Metso’s Board of Directors as of August 1, 2019, because she has been appointed Director General of Business Finland.

lowserve Corporation recently announced that Sanjay Chowbey will join Flowserve as President, Aftermarket Services & Solutions, beginning Monday, July 15. Mr. Chowbey takes on the role previously held by Kirk Wilson, who will be the new President of Flowserve’s Flow Control Division, following the retirement of John Lenander.

At its meeting on 27 June 2019, the Supervisory Board of Wilo unanimously decided to extend the appointment of Oliver Hermes as CEO of the Wilo Group ahead of time until 30 June 2025.
