This year, the annual conference of German Water Partnership is informed by the “export initiative for environmental technologies”, planned by the German government. Having a potential of about 350 companies and institutions from the German field of water management and research, the network sees the chance to position itself with a “Global Market Offensive Water”.

The section on water at IFAT is being further strengthened: The Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) and Germany’s Technisches Hilfswerk (THW) have signed up to long-term cooperations with the world’s most important environmental technology trade show.

CDR Pumps are providing reliability focussed training to a number of customers. Singapore is once again taking the lead to encourage governments and industry to come together to share and co-create solutions with an integrated approach to urban sustainability. They will converge at the World Cities Summit, Singapore International Water Week and CleanEnviro Summit Singapore that will be jointly held from 1 to 5 June 2014 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

According to a post-Show survey of visitors that attended the 2014 AHR Expo, 41 percent of the more than 2,000 respondents said they came to the world’s largest HVACR event seeking products related to “Renewable Energy Resources” (Geothermal, Solar, etc.).
