Moving into its fourth decade, AchemAsia is setting out for new horizons: The International Expo and Innovation Forum for Sustainable Chemical Production will take place from 21-23 May 2019 in Shanghai, China. With an updated event profile, the eleventh edition focusses on topics that are especially relevant for the Chinese process industry, putting a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation.

To overcome the water crisis in South Africa, IFAT Africa and the Water Institute of Southern Africa (WISA) will launch a cooperation venture as of June 24, 2018. The aim of the cooperation is to forge ahead with drinking water production, water supply and wastewater treatment in the drought-plagued country by means of professional know-how and appropriate technologies.

At the most important trade show for the process industry, more than 3,700 exhibitors from 55 countries showcased the latest equipment and innovative processes for the chemical, pharma and food industry.
