It has previously been announced that CRI-MAN S.p.A., (“CRI-MAN”), would become part of Atlas Copco Group. This acquisition has now been finalized. Italian pump manufacturer CRI-MAN was founded in 2000 and is located in Correggio, Italy. As part of the acquisition 85 employees have joined Atlas Copco Group.

The Wilo Group has been awarded the platinum medal by EcoVadis for the fourth time in a row. Only 1 per cent of companies audited by EcoVadis – now numbering more than 150,000 – achieve the platinum rating.

The WIKA Group acquired AB Svenska Industri Instrument SINI as a wholly owned subsidiary, effective 1 August. This move strengthens the global measurement technology manufacturer’s presence in Sweden. Established in Gothenburg in 1948, SINI was originally founded as a service provider for the shipping industry.

Parker Hannifin Corporation has announced the election of Beth A. Wozniak to its Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025.

The WIKA Group is leveraging international sales expertise. On 1 July 2025, Sascha Niederhagen assumed the role of Executive Vice President EMEAI. As a member of the Management Board, he will oversee sales activities in Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East, as well as Corporate Marketing and Key Account Management.
