It’s that time of year again when the Pump Industry Awards are calling for your nominations! The BPMA’s annual awards programme has been recognising and rewarding the achievements of pump businesses, large and small for over two decades. Throughout that time, it has become one of the leading events to serve the industrial and commercial arena.

The Wilo Group has been awarded the German Brand Award. At the award ceremony in Berlin, the technology group received the prestigious prize in the category of “Brand Communication – Fairs & Exhibitions” for the factory tours at the Wilopark in Dortmund.

Armstrong Fluid Technology has been selected as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for 2022 and continues to hold the coveted Platinum Status granted only to companies that have received the award for a minimum of seven years. Sponsored by Deloitte Private global consulting and Canadian Business magazine, the Best Managed Companies program is considered an important benchmark of excellence.

Collaboration was the key to success for the seven winners of the 2023 Lighthouse Awards, which were presented during BlueTech Forum in Edinburgh, Scotland. Pioneers and visionaries within the water sector were recognised at a ceremony held at the National Museum of Scotland on 17th May. Projects for the oil & gas, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and water utility sectors were all successful.

Metering technology manufacturer ProMinent has won the highest distinction – the iF DESIGN AWARD 2023 Gold – and is now one of the top winners of the world-renowned design label. The award was presented to the winners at a glamorous ceremony in Berlin.

HOMA is aware of its responsibility towards the environment and society. That is why HOMA is proud to have been awarded the bronze sustainability medal by EcoVadis, placing them among in the top 26% of companies assessed in the general engineering sector.

Franklin Electric has been named to Newsweek magazine’s list of America’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2023 – the Company’s second consecutive win. This national recognition is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

Pentair is proud to announce it received the 2023 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy.

In November, Wilo’s Smart Factory in Dortmund was named “Factory of the Year 2022” in the “Excellent transformation: digitalization” category. Officials of the multinational technology group have now officially accepted the award at the Allianz Arena in Munich.

NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme has received the “Fair Company” award for the twelfth time in a row. The initiative, founded by the Handelsblatt newspaper, is sustainably committed to a fair working environment. Fair Company is the largest and best-known employer initiative in Germany.
