Ebara Corporation hereby announces that its consolidated subsidiary Ebara Indústrias Mecânicas e Comércio Ltda. (“Ebara Brazil”) has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Thebe Bombas Hidráulicas S.A. (“Thebe”), a Brazilian company that manufactures and markets pumps in Brazil.

The Gorman-Rupp Company announces over $10 million of cash investments in expansions of its European operations in Ireland and The Netherlands and a related planned acquisition in Belgium.

Kirloskar Pompen B.V, a 100% subsidiary of Kirloskar Brothers International (KBI) has completed the acquisition of Netherlands-based Rodelta Pumps International. Rodelta is engaged in manufacturing of API and Non-API Pumps for Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Water, Chemical and various other applications since 1946.

Pentair plc announced that it has entered into an agreement with Erico Global Company whereby Pentair will acquire Erico for $1.8 billion in cash, including the repayment of Erico debt. The transaction values Erico at approximately twelve times 2015 forecasted EBITDA.

The Verder Group acquired in its entirety the 230 year old UK based Fullwood Packo Group, experts in milking machines, milk cooling and specialist products for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

On July 28, 2015, Sulzer acquired the business of Expert International Pompe Service (EIPS) located in Casablanca, Morocco. Through this acquisition, Sulzer expands its footprint in North Africa. EIPS achieved revenues just below CHF one million in 2014. The integration of the company will start immediately.

As announced on 28 May 2015, the Management Board of BWT Aktiengesellschaft (BWT Group), which is listed on the official trading of the Vienna Stock Exchange, intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 25 August 2015 the merger of BWT Aktiengesellschaft with an unlisted company (BWT Holding AG) by way of absorption. The Supervisory Board has approved the planned merger.

Halliburton Company and Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE: BHI) today announced that they have entered into a timing agreement with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) pursuant to which both companies have agreed to extend the period for the DOJ’s review of Halliburton’s previously announced acquisition of Baker Hughes to the later of November 25, 2015 or 90 days after both companies have certified substantial compliance with the DOJ’s second request.

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group (WMFTG) has acquired the MasoSine sinusoidal pump manufacturing and distribution business from PRIMIX Corporation in Japan, through its parent company Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, for £2.8 million.

EagleBurgmann, a Joint Venture of the Freudenberg and EKK Group, acquired Tianjin Nibot Seal Technology Co. Ltd., the Chinese company in Tianjin, to 100% on June 19, 2015. Tianjin is a major industrial center and an important seaport in the northeast of China, approximately 145 kilometers from Peking.
