Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, has agreed to acquire the assets of Renegade Drilling Supplies Proprietary Ltd., a South African manufacturer and distributor of drilling consumables for mining exploration.

GEA concluded the acquisition of the Pavan Group, headquartered in Galliera Veneta near Padua, Italy, which was signed in September.

The acquisition of Simcro, which was announced earlier this year, could not be completed and the share purchase agreement was cancelled.

GEA has signed an agreement to acquire Vipoll, a family owned manufacturer of filling technologies for carbonated soft drinks, beer and fresh milk products.

The two Danish pump companies will gather production and sales activities from November 1, 2017.

Anderson Process, one of the Midwest’s leading suppliers of process equipment and services, has acquired American Controls, Inc., a long-standing pump distributor and service provider in the Michigan and Northern Ohio regions.

In line with its strategy to digitalize its offering, GF Machining Solutions, a division of GF, has agreed to purchase 100 percent of the shares of Symmedia GmbH, Bielefeld (Germany). The privately owned company has been specializing in software for machine connectivity solutions for the past 20 years.

Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG, specialist for individually configurable machines, has taken over beba Mischtechnik GmbH effective September 1, 2017. For over 50 years, beba Mischtechnik, which is also based in Essen (Oldenburg), has been developing and manufacturing forced-action mixers as well as foam mixers, from bore machine attachments to large processing plants.

ABB announced the acquisition of GE Industrial Solutions, GE’s global electrification solutions business.
