Sulzer´s Planned Acquisition of Simcro Cancelled

The acquisition of Simcro, which was announced earlier this year, could not be completed and the share purchase agreement was cancelled.
The transaction was subject to regulatory approval by New Zealand authorities, which could not be obtained in the required timeframe.
Sulzer continues to pursue the strategic development of its Applicator Systems division, as demonstrated with the recently completed acquisition of Transcodent.
