Valmet has entered into an agreement to acquire Severn Group, a well-established industrial valve company, from Bluewater, a UK-based private equity firm. The acquisition covers all three Severn divisions: Severn Glocon, ValvTechnologies, and LB Bentley. Severn serves process industries globally and has over a 60-year track record of delivering specialized flow control solutions across the most demanding applications.

Hoyer, a global supplier of electric motors and automation solutions, and VMS Group, a leading marine service provider, announced the creation of Hoyer VMS Group. The new company combines complementary strengths to deliver a unique global offering for power and motion solutions across marine and industrial markets – one partner that can supply, service, repair, and optimise critical systems throughout their lifetime.

EBARA Corporation and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announce that they have reached an agreement on November 12, 2025, for the transfer of the following assets from Mitsubishi Electric to EBARA.

After more than 50 years of successful cooperation, Endress+Hauser is taking over the process measurement division of EMC Industrial Group Ltd in New Zealand. The new sales office was integrated into the global network on 1 November 2025. Endress+Hauser New Zealand customers will benefit from more comprehensive support and additional offerings.

CIRCOR International, Inc., a KKR portfolio company and a global manufacturer of flow control products for industrial and aerospace markets, announced that it has acquired essentially all the operating assets related to the herringbone gear pump product line of Flowserve Corporation.

It has previously been announced that National Tank & Equipment, LLC (“NTE”), an American specialty rental company would become part of Atlas Copco Group. This acquisition has now been finalized.

Svanehoj, an ITT company, is further expanding its expertise in gas solutions with the acquisition of Germany-based Köhler & Hörter GmbH (KOHO Kompressorsysteme, or KOHO), a family-owned company specializing in high-quality compressors for a wide range of industries, including shipbuilding. The acquisition closed on 1 October 2025.

It has previously been announced that CRI-MAN S.p.A., (“CRI-MAN”), would become part of Atlas Copco Group. This acquisition has now been finalized. Italian pump manufacturer CRI-MAN was founded in 2000 and is located in Correggio, Italy. As part of the acquisition 85 employees have joined Atlas Copco Group.

The WIKA Group acquired AB Svenska Industri Instrument SINI as a wholly owned subsidiary, effective 1 August. This move strengthens the global measurement technology manufacturer’s presence in Sweden. Established in Gothenburg in 1948, SINI was originally founded as a service provider for the shipping industry.

Casa dei Compressori S.r.l., a compressed air distributor near Milan in Italy has become part of Atlas Copco Group.
