Franklin Electric Co., Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Cat Pumps Corporation, a leading provider of high-pressure, positive displacement pumps, for $350 million in cash plus a potential earnout of up to $50 million in Franklin Electric stock based on future performance.

Xylem Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Cornell Pump and Roper Pump businesses from Indicor for $1.46 billion.
