Wilo Reaches M&A Agreement in Canada

Oliver Hermes, President and CEO of the Wilo Group, is very pleased about the current development in the North American market. “We are happy to officially announce that we have completed this acquisition”, he says. “It is another important milestone in the execution of our growth strategy, following the successful acquisition and integration of the Cedarburg pump manufacturers Weil Pump and Scot Pump, of American-Marsh Pumps and of Quantum Flo.” With regard to the current geopolitical activities around the globe, Oliver Hermes adds: “This acquisition also strengthens our regional presence and is in line with our ‘region-for-region’ approach that helps us to serve our customers and partners even better in the future.”
