TEC Hosts National Conference for Fluid Power Group

Like TEC, Fluid Power Group is growing rapidly and has offices up and down the country serving a wide range of users across many sectors. When the management team wanted to host its internal technical conference, it searched for a location where the team could also gain some helpful knowledge from an external supplier.
TEC provided the perfect solution with the ability to easy accommodate the two-day meeting and source local accommodation, in addition to providing a tour of the 87,0002ft facility and a technical presentation on both its current and forthcoming motor, drive and gearbox product ranges.
Darren Jeavons, Strategic Marketing Manager at Fluid Power Group commented: “The TEC team went the extra mile to make our group technical meeting a huge success. The entire Fluid Power Group delegation were extremely impressed with TEC’s high-level customer service and extensive stock holdings.”
TEC managers were on hand to greet the conference delegates as they arrived and made them welcome. They also hosted the tours of the facilities including insight into the design and technical office, paint shop, test centre and warehousing. In fact, all the resources available to help customers by developing bespoke solutions and providing both technical and commercial support.
Business Development Manager, David Ede added: “The whole event was a great success and we will be hosting more conferences such as this for customers and partners in the future. Not many companies in our segment can seat 40+ people boardroom style and have room to spare. We have meeting rooms of different sizes available and can also arrange break-out rooms for the more informal parts of an event.”
