Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum gained an order for the manufacturing of a batch of cryogenic vacuum pumps of the series COOLVAC 60.000 for the evacuation of space simulation chambers. A single progressing cavity pump form NOV Mono has been used to replace a number of centrifugal pumps and improve pumping performance on an agricultural effluent duty in New Zealand.
