IFAT India 2017: Top Marks on its Fifth Anniversary

2017 was the fifth anniversary of IFAT India, and this year the show was more successful than ever before: 6,765 visitors took part in India´s leading trade fair for environmental technology between September 26 and 28. The core issue at the three-day fair was how technology can help master the high volumes of waste and the impact of extreme weather on the subcontinent. On show in Mumbai were tailored solutions for the Indian market.

  • Vogelsang Presents Solution for Wet Wipes Problem

    New Fuel Vapor Pump by Pierburg

    Today’ strict emission standards govern not only car emissions, they apply to fuel vapors, too. In most cases, these vapors are trapped in an activated carbon canister mounted close to the fuel tank. This canister needs to be regularly purged. For this purpose, Pierburg GmbH has now developed a compact innovative pump that works even without the intake pipe vacuum necessary until now. The electric pump is the first of its kind and will go into a customer’s series production in 2018.
