National Oilwell Varco Announces Management Changes

National Oilwell Varco, Inc. announced that Robert Workman, the Company s President - Distribution Services, has been named President - Distribution & Transmission of National Oilwell Varco and have Distribution Services business group and Transmission business group report to him.

Mr. Workman started with the Company in 1991, and has been President - Distribution Services since January 2001. He served as Vice President of Operations for the Company s Distribution Services Group from July 2000 to December 2000. He also serves as the Chairman of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association and a member of the IPAA, IADC and API.

Burk Ellison, the Company s Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for Distribution Services, will assume the role of President - Distribution Services. Mr. Ellison has been with National Oilwell Varco for 31 years, starting with National Supply Company and holding various positions in operations and sales roles during his career.

Santosh Mathilakath, will assume the role of Company s Senior Vice President - Mono Group. Mr. Mathilakath joined National Oilwell Varco in 2005 as Vice President International Operations of Distribution Services until 2008 where he was appointed Senior Vice President - Mono and Monoflo.

Toby Zyroll, the Company s Managing Director Corporate Development, will assume the role of Senior Vice President - Ameron Infrastructure Products. Mr. Zyroll joined National Oilwell Varco in 1998, and has been Managing Director Corporate Development since 2008. He served as Vice President and General Manager - Pressure Control Group from 2005 to 2008. He also served as the Director of Engineering and Marketing at M/D Totco from 1998 to 2005.
