The Moyno 2000 HS System is a cost-effective alternative to expensive, high-maintenance piston pumps, conveyors and competitive progressing cavity pumps for dewatered sludge transfer in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

It includes a twin screw feeder, a key feature enabling the system to handle semi-dry, high solids content material.

Moyno will showcase the 2000 HS System, along with other wastewater treatment products, at the Water Environment & Technology Exhibition and Conference, October 21-25 in Dallas at booth #5050.

The twin screw feeder includes two self-cleaning, intermeshing feed screws that supply a constant, pressurized feed rate to the system’s Moyno G4 Progressing Cavity Pump. The resulting 100% pump cavity fill rate enhances overall system performance and cost efficiency. The twin screw feeder can run at a separate RPM from the pump, allowing control over the amount of stuffing pressure. It also eliminates the need for a feed pump or extended augers common to lengthy, open-throat progressing cavity pumps.
