KSB Board of Management Will be Strengthened

he Shareholders’ Committee of Voith Management GmbH has appointed Dirk Hoke as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA, effective April 1, 2025, at the latest. He succeeds the long-standing President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Toralf Haag, who left the company on Aug. 31, 2024. Until the start of Dirk Hoke, Andreas Endters serves as interim CEO of the Voith Group, in addition to his duties as CEO of Voith Paper.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions appoints Jonas Karlsson as Business Unit President for Industrial Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The new role recognizes increased business activity in the region and oversees many of the sectors served by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions including food and beverage, semiconductor, fluid power, energy, off-highway and automotive.

At the beginning of August 2024, the board of the Building Valves division in the VDMA unanimously elected Lubert Winnecken, CEO of KEUCO GmbH & Co. KG, as the new chairman. The 57-year-old will also take over the role of Deputy Chairman of the VDMA Building Valves Association.

Putzmeister Concrete Machines Pvt. Ltd., India announces the appointment of Mr. Magesh Swaminathan as Sales Director. He will be based out of Bengaluru and will report to the Managing Director Mr. Kanjanabha Bhattacharyya.

Dominic Dorfner, Senior Vice President of the Automotive Division in Semikron Danfoss, will take over as president, when Claus A. Petersen retires August 31, after 40 years in the Danfoss Group – the last 26 years leading Danfoss Silicon Power and Semikron Danfoss.

Vanessa Hellwing has been appointed to the ANDRITZ AG Executive Board as of January 1, 2025. She will succeed Norbert Nettesheim as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on March 28, 2025.
