KSB and Leistritz Launch International Service Alliance

Frankenthal-based pump and valve manufacturer KSB closed the 2023 financial year with record figures for order intake and sales revenue. The EBIT margin (earnings before finance income / expense and income tax) of 7.9 % reached the level originally targeted for 2025.

The growing scale of water transport systems in the past few years has resulted in a steady increase in the volume flow rates demanded of the pumps installed, which in turn has required ever larger pump sizes. Responding to this development, KSB Group has expanded its RDLO type series from 21 sizes to 33.

The KSB Group presents the latest generation of its AmaProp mixers for use in the sludge and biological waste water treatment.

At the end of 2023 the KSB Group launched a new generation of its HyaDuo break tank package booster sets for fire fighting on the market. The sets meet the revised DIN 14462: 2023-07 standard for fire-fighting systems and break tank package booster sets for wall hydrant systems. The extended standard contains a number of changes that majorly impacted the design details of the fully automatic break tank package booster set for fire fighting.

In October 2023, KSB Group launched on the market a new submersible pump in discharge tube with open multi-vane impeller. The type series has been named AmaCan D. Its main application is transporting large volumes of municipal or industrial water as well as waste water from stormwater, drainage and irrigation pumping stations.
