HMS Group Upgrades Production Assets of Nasosenergomash

Five-axis milling center DMF-260 of Deckel Maho (Germany) has successfully passed acceptance tests and been put into operation at Sumy Nasosenergomash Plant, a subsidiary of HMS Group.

The milling center is designed for high-efficient machining of pump components with complex space form, including diffusers, inducers, equipment for moulding and other elements.

State-of-the-art design solutions, aimed at increasing of pump efficiency, increase complexity of pump component geometry, which, in turn, demands new production technology application. Thereby with the use of milling center DMF-260 of Deckel Maho Nasosenergomash opens up new possibilities of manufacturing high-efficient pump equipment.

HMS Group continues the qualitative upgrade of its production assets, investing in the most high-tech solutions. Thus, from the early 2011 Vertimaster VMG 1.35 large machining center of Schiess (Germany) and high precision lathe machining center of 700XLY of Doosan Infracore Co. (South Korea) have been put into operation at Sumy Nasosenergomash Plant.
