Marianne K. Knudsen, Group Vice President, Water Utility, collected the award at the banquet at Royal Garden Hotel in London.

In the award report, Frost & Sullivan cited superior offerings of sustainable solutions for a better world and commitment towards a customer-centric service, coupled with market foresight and innovation-driven growth.

"Grundfos was among the first companies to introduce an off-grid water supply solution with its solar-powered pumping system in 1982," said Fredrick Royan, Vice President at Frost & Sullivan. "More recently, Grundfos introduced the borehole pump for submerged applications and became the first pump manufacturing company to integrate software into its products to support bidirectional communication between the hardware and its operators. By pioneering this technology, Grundfos avoided commoditisation and outperformed the competition.”

Marianne K. Knudsen, Group Vice President, Water Utility, collected the award at the banquet at Royal Garden Hotel in London.

“It is always gratifying when our efforts are acknowledged, and I am grateful to accept this award on behalf of Grundfos. We work tirelessly to meet the needs of our customers and end-users every step of the way from pre-purchase to purchase, and from customer ownership to after-sales services. This award serves as a reminder that we must continue to create innovative solutions that make a real difference for our customers, end-users and the environment,” said Marianne K. Knudsen.

The award recognises a high degree of innovation with products and technologies, and the resulting leadership in terms of customer value and market penetration. As such, the award reflects Grundfos’ holistic approach and close relationships with its customers and end users.
